A New Chapter: Introducing kenleophoto | Kendy Leonetti

If you’ve been following along for a while, you may have noticed a small change happening around here.

KEN LEO PHOTO + Studio is officially becoming kenleophoto | Kendy Leonetti.

No, this is not a new business, a new owner, or a major shift away from what you already know and love. It’s still me, still the same photography experience (but better), and still the same heart behind every session and wedding.

This rebrand is simply a step toward creating a brand identity that feels more personal, more cohesive, and more aligned with the direction my business has naturally grown into over the last few years.

Why the Change?

When I first created KEN LEO PHOTO + Studio, I wanted something professional, memorable, and versatile enough to cover all the different types of photography I offered.

As time went on, though, I realized something important:

People are not just booking a business name.

They are booking me.

They are booking the person who hypes them up during portraits, fixes flyaway hairs, tears up during vows, tucks in newborns, laughs with toddlers, and so much more.

Photography has always been deeply personal to me, and I wanted my branding to reflect that more clearly.

The name kenleophoto already existed across my social platforms and had naturally become the way many clients knew my business anyway. Adding my name alongside it felt like the most authentic next step.

What’s Staying the Same?

Pretty much everything that actually matters.

The same artistic editing style (with the true to colour update).

The same storytelling approach.

The same mix of documentary moments and intentional portraits.

The same comfortable, genuine session experience.

The same passion for weddings, maternity, newborns, couples, and families.

This rebrand is not about becoming a different photographer.

It’s about creating a brand that better represents the photographer I already am.

What About the Studio?

The studio is absolutely still part of the business and still available for sessions.

However, over time I realized that the studio itself is no longer the main focus of the brand. The heart of what I do has always been connection, storytelling, emotion, and creating meaningful imagery, whether that happens in the studio, outdoors, at a wedding venue, or in your home.

Removing “+ Studio” from the main branding allows the business to feel a little more personal and artist-focused while still keeping the studio as part of the overall experience.

Whether you’ve supported my work from the very beginning or just recently discovered my page, thank you for being here. Every session booked, every kind message, every recommendation to a friend, and every family who trusts me to document their memories means more than I can properly put into words.

Welcome to kenleophoto | Kendy Leonetti.

Same business. Same photographer. Just a name that finally feels like home.
